Meet Kaydee Mick. A fitness fanatic and a foodie at heart. She has a huge passion for helping people be the best they can be, whether that be through weight loss, strength training, or advice on healthy eating with tasty recipes. She wants YOU to look good and feel good. Kaydee is a NASM CPT and a Zumba instructor. She will be finishing up her bachelors in Kinesiology in May at Northwest Nazarene University. Kaydee is also well versed in athletics as she has competed in track and field, and cross country in college, and volleyball, basketball, and weight lifting in high school. Whatever your fitness and wellness goals, Kaydee would love to help you achieve them.
